The Ombre hair colour look is right on trend. Most celebrities you see in high fashion and hair magazines are all wearing this new hot look. The look works on short and long hair, but not too short as you want to see that amazing result.
This course will show how to create Ombre colour on all different shades and lengths. Ombre colour is where the hair is darker or deeper on the roots and as it gets to mid ends and ends it gradually gets lighter. Stylists who can create this look are in high demand.
I have some stringent Requirements for your model....
Your model must have a decent amount of length to colour so you can really understand how Ombre colour works.
Models hair must be in good condition to be able to take colour, models who have bad hair condition will not be able to have colour for health and safety reasons.
If model has had a hair stripper or cleanser in the last 3 months before this course the model will not be able to have his/her hair done, as I recommend that models should not have too much stress on their hair. Some bleaching will be used in this demo therefore I do not want to put your models hair at risk.
Great news stylists, Iím not just going to be showing you how to create one look but two:
My second look is Global Blonde. In this course I will show you how to create platinum blonde.
This look will work on short and long hair. To create this look is so simple but if executed incorrectly can be a disaster! I see so many global blondes on the high street but only a few have been executed to a high level, the rest have been left to yellow or have been lifted to the wrong level leaving the hair with bands, which Iím sure you will all agree is not a good look.
On this part of the course I will work on how to lift and tone the hair to get the best result for you and your model, I will take into account that not all models are going to be able to carry off a†platinum look so I will help you choose a shade that works for your model and still give a dramatic finish that is so on trend.
Again, I have some Requirements for your model.....
Your model must have good condition hair. We will be re-creating a strong blond look , we are not changing† your models hair colour from dark to blond although if your model has virgin hair and wishes to go global that would be ok.
If your model has a build-up of colour they will not be suitable for this course. Look for models who have highlighted or mousy hair that do not have a build-up of tint on their hair.
There will only be time for you to recreate one look on your model in the afternoon session but I will be delivering demos and step by steps on both looks and theory knowledge so feel free to bring cameras, note books and pens or anything you would like to help you absorb this information.
PS. Stylists, if I feel that your model has had to much colour on their hair I will refuse colour being taken out on them.
Bleach will be used in both looks so remember health and safety comes first choose your model wisely, I look forward to seeing you all there
Please see inside for a message from Nick which will tell you all about this exciting new course!!Course cost - £130 per person & includes a light lunch.
