Barbering Creative Workshop Delivered by ISA Learner

Robert Williamson from Lou’s Barbers in Quedgeley, Gloucestershire delivered July’s Creative Workshop for Barbering Techniques.

Robert is currently on an Apprenticeship with us and loves demonstrating his skills, so he was the ideal choice to lead the Creative Workshop in Barbering Essentials. This was his first demonstration for learners and it was a great success. He demonstrated a range of Barbering skills such as, fading, simple outlines and using a razor and learners in attendance had the opportunity to practice what they had learnt on their blocks.

As well as delivering in inspiring demonstration and leading the practical workshop, Robert spoke about his passion for barbering and his dreams for the future which include working with ISA in our Artistic Team. Rob’s ambition is to become a Great British Barber, following in the footsteps of MK and Darryn Pitman, demonstrating at barber conventions all over the UK.

Creative workshops take place every month in all areas, they are free to attend for ISA Apprentices and allow you to get hands on and learn a variety of new techniques.
