Cheryl Pearcey
Partnership Manager

Cheryl joined ISA in 1999 and as a qualified and State Registered Senior Hairdresser, Senior Barber and proud Member of the Professional Beauty register continued running her own hairdressing, barbering and beauty business until 2007 when she sold up to focus on her ISA role.

Previously a TC, Lead IQA and Education Manager for ISA Cheryl is now Head of Traineeships, Schools programmes, Creative short courses, commercial and privately funded courses. She also manages and is IQA for ISA’s sub-centre in Cyprus.

One of Cheryl’s passions is travelling and has taken 2 successful work experience projects of 10 learners to Tarragona (Spain) and Paphos (Cyprus) in 2013 and 2014 as part of the Oyster Strategy.

Susan worked in Further Education before joining ISA in 2006. Sue works in schools delivering Learning Pathways in Hairdressing to pupils aged 14-16 which involves teaching theory in the classroom and assessing the pupils during their placement in commercial salons.

Sue especially enjoys “working with pupils with special needs, this is an extremely rewarding part of my role”

Sue has recently completed the verifier’s award and Management Level 3 Qualification.
