Vocational Pathways

Our schools programmes are driven by what employers want.  Research has shown that when salon owners recruit junior members to their teams they look for experience in:

ISA Training’s qualifications are designed to meet the needs of learners and employers.  Qualifications are delivered to schools pupils placed in commercial working salons in addition to theory lessons delivered in the classroom.

Our training programmes will ensure learners:

  • Work Based Learning Pathway in Wales
  • Young Apprenticeship in England
  • Level 1 NVQ Certificate in Hairdressing and Barbering
  • Level 1 NVQ Diploma in Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy
  • Level 1 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service
  • BTEC Entry Level and Level 1 Award/Certificate in Introduction to Hair & Beauty
  • Level 1 Awards in Basic Make-up Application/Provide Basic Manicure Treatment
  • BTEC Level 2 Award in Safe Learning in the Workplace
