ISA Training, part of the Educ8 Group, has launched Elev8, a hands-on vocational learning programme for 14–16 year olds across Wales

As Wales’ longest-running specialist in hair, beauty and barbering apprenticeships, ISA Training brings decades of expertise to the classroom, equipping learners with the skills, confidence, and real-world experience to succeed in further education, apprenticeships, and creative careers.

Elev8 Hair & Beauty gives learners practical salon experience across:

  • Styling and finishing techniques
  • Basic skincare and beauty treatments
  • Health, safety and hygiene
  • Customer service and client care
  •

Learners will develop a strong foundation in both the theory and practical skills required for success in the Hair and Beauty industry. hrough hands-on sessions, they will practise techniques such as shampooing, styling, and basic skincare, while also gaining an understanding of health and safety, hygiene, and customer care.
