Whether you are just starting out or looking to progress in your current role, we can help grow your career.

Study an apprenticeship with Wales’ longest running hair, beauty, and barbering apprenticeship specialist. With a range of different courses on offer, we can help you reach your full potential.

Our industry recognised qualifications open doors to multiple opportunities, from competing in national competitions to working on runways. By working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain confidence in your job role and build a solid foundation for a successful and rewarding career.

What is an apprenticeship?

An apprenticeship offers you the chance to gain a nationally accredited qualification while learning on the job. It’s an opportunity to earn a wage while developing the necessary skills to fulfil your role and progress your career.

Apprenticeships start at Level 2 and are available to anyone over the age of 16. Our courses are fully funded by Welsh Government which means they come at no cost to you or your employer. Studying an apprenticeship gives you hands-on experience, working directly within the workplace.

Whether you have recently left school or are already working in a salon, apprenticeships give you the opportunity to work your way up the career ladder towards higher paid job roles. Study a range of qualifications, no matter where you are in your career.

Why should I study an apprenticeship?

There are multiple reasons why you should study an apprenticeship. Apprenticeships offer a flexible approach to learning, meaning we work around you and your working hours. No need to come to us, we come to you to deliver the apprenticeship program.

You will have the opportunity to learn from industry professionals and apply your learning to real life situations. With a wealth of experience working in the industry, you will be taught by hair and beauty experts. Our trainer coaches will keep you up to date with the latest trends and techniques to help you stay in the know and remain competitive.

Don’t worry about getting into debt – our apprenticeships are fully funded by Welsh Government. Studying an apprenticeship means you get paid to learn, gain free access to high quality training, and increase your earning potential with our range of qualifications.

How do I apply for an apprenticeship?

To apply for one of our apprenticeships, you can visit our apprenticeship vacancies page. Here you will find all the information you need to apply directly to the employer. If your application is successful, you will be invited to attend an interview to decide whether you are suitable for the role.

If you are already employed in a salon and want to gain an accredited qualification you can also apply to study an apprenticeship – just ask your manager about studying with us. Our team will give you and your employer all the support you need to help get you started. Individuals already employed and looking to study an apprenticeship will stay on the same salary.

ISA Training is part of Educ8 Training Group which means we can offer additional apprenticeship pathways, from leadership and management to social media for business.
