Studying will take place online and remotely using our online platforms, Smart Assessor and Moodle. You will have access to a variety of resources created by the Harvard Business School to help guide you through your qualification.

One of the many benefits of doing an apprenticeship is bespoke one-on-one support from a trainer coach. There’s no need to come to us, we come to you, and deliver the course, meeting on a monthly basis to discuss your progress.

In your first year of study, enjoy a free student membership to the Institute of Leadership and Management. Level 5 learners also benefit from an exclusive membership to the Institute of Directors.

What you will learn during your management course

What you will learn will depend on the level you study. Topics will range from understanding business, to how to manage a team, and personal performance. Choose from a range of optional units and make it specific to you and your business.

Learn how to build working relationships and encourage innovation within the workplace. Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion and learn to manage conflict and resolve customer complaints.

Developing as a manger enables you to be flexible and adapt to change, enhancing your critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Whether it’s in your current employment or elsewhere, strong management skills are transferable to any industry and will help you progress in your career.
